Camper van pick up and drop-off times
- Week hire is from Friday (after 4pm) to the following Friday (before 11am).
- Weekend hire is from Friday (after 4pm) to Monday (before 11am).
* Bank holiday prices are charged at a slightly higher rate
* Glastonbury 2013 (Mon 24th of June to Mon 1st of July) will be charged at £750
How To Book A Camper Van
To book your camper van simply follow these 4 steps:
- Select your departure dates.
- Contact us by filling out the form below, email or phone 07793 530812 to confirm availability.
- We will send you a booking form which will need to be filled in and returned to
us along with the following:
(a) photocopies of the paper and card driving licenses for all proposed drivers.
(b) a photocopy of a utility bill or bank statement (no more that 8 weeks old).
(c) the signed booking form.
(d) the booking deposit of £150 which is non-refundable and necessary to secure the booking.
- We will email your confirmation and invoice for the final balance.
The final balance is due 28 days prior to collecting the camper van. However, if you have
made a late booking (hiring within 28 days of checking availability) you will need
to send the full balance with the booking form.
At present we accept cash, cleared personal cheque and
payments by most major debit and credit cards. As a small company we have to pass on charges for using these cards. Typically these are £0.50 for debit cards, 3.5% for credit cards and for Amex charges 5%. Charges do not apply for pre-authorisation transactions made for the purpose of a security deposit.
UK School Holiday Dates 2012
- February (Spring) half term: 11th to 19th of February
- Easter holidays: 31st of March to 15th of April
- May (Summer) half term: 2nd to 10th of June
- Summer holidays: 24th of July to 30th of August
- October (Autumn) half term: 29th of October to 2nd of November
- Christmas and New Year 2012/2013: 21st of December to 4th January 2013
What's included
Whether you are hiring a camper van for a holiday, music festival or for a prom the following are included in the cost of hire:
- Fully comprehensive insurance for one named driver, aged between 25 to 70, with a full UK
driving licence without endorsements. Endorsements and international driving licences attract a small additional charge
Additional drivers can easily be arranged
- Unlimited UK miles
- AA breakdown cover
- Cooking gas
- Membership to the Camping and Caravanning Club
- All necessities for a VW Camper Van holiday including utility equipment, cooker, tea, coffer, sugar, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, first aid and tool kits, you name it, hopefully we have thought of it
- Full tank of fuel but must be returned with a fuel tank of fuel.

- Folding camp beds - £15 per hire

The Essentials
Each driver (including any additional drivers) must provide:
- Current driving licence (+ counter part of licence if new style)
- 1 form of photo ID (if old style licence)
- 1 current utility bill or bank statement with your full name & address (no more than 8 weeks old)
