To book your camper van simply follow these 4 steps:
Each driver (including any additional drivers) must provide:
A detailed copy of the terms and conditions will be provided with your booking form
The camper van rental prices quoted include:
(a)Unlimited mileage within the UK.
(b)Comprehensive vehicle insurance for one named driver in the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).
(c)Roadside assistance and breakdown cover in the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).
(a) Drivers must be aged between 25 & 70 years.
(b) Drivers must have held a license valid in the UK for more than two years.
(c) A valid driver's license must be presented by all drivers at the start of
the hire period.
(d) Drivers must also provide two further separate forms of identification
(e.g. Utility bill & passport)
(e) A maximum of 3 drivers per rental is permissible.
There is a refundable £500.00 security deposit payable by cash, banker's draft or cheque. This must be paid to cover the possibility of negligent damage to the campervan or the fixtures and fittings therein or equipment included in the rental. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out with a full tank of unleaded petrol.
(a) Excess Charge
There is standard excess charge of £500. This means that the hirer will be
liable to pay the first £500 of any claim for damage to either the vehicle
or third party property. The hirer will also be liable for replacement or
repair of windscreen and tyre damage.
(b) Insurance Loading
Comfy Campers may incur additional charges if a driver either has a traffic
conviction, a non-UK driving license or an occupation which is deemed to be
high risk by our insurers. These charges will be passed directly to
customers.
(c) Fire Damage
The hire insurance does not cover the vehicle in the event of a fire caused
by heating or cooking, all responsibility for fire damage caused by these
activities is the sole responsibility of the hirer.

The inventory includes a fitted sheet for the Rock 'n Roll Bed only. The inventory does not include bedding.
A 'non-refundable' deposit of £150.00 is payable to confirm a booking. A booking is not confirmed until funds have cleared into our bank account or cash has been received. The balance of any rental payment is due four weeks (28 days) before the rental start date. A booking made less than four weeks before the start date must be paid in full immediately by bank transfer or Paypal. Cheques for payment of late bookings must clear in our account before confirmation of the booking is given.
Cancellations must be in writing and are charged as follows:
(a) The booking deposit is not refundable.
(b) Cancellation between 14 days and up to 28 days before rental start date: 50% of total hire charge.
(c) Cancellation less than 14 days before rental start date or no shows: 100% of total hire chage.
(a)Camper vans on weekend hire shall be available for collection on Friday afternoon at 4pm and
should be returned on Sunday evening at 6pm unless previously arranged with Comfy Campers.
(b)Campervans on five day hire shall be available for collection on Monday morning at 9pm and returned on
Friday morning at 9pm unless previously arranged with Comfy Campers.
(c)Camper vans on seven day hire shall be available for collection on Friday afternoon at 4pm and
be returned on Thursday evening at 6pm unless previously arranged with Comfy Campers.
Note: If the campervan is returned late (i.e. outside the time stated above), the Hirer will
be surchaged at the rate of £50 per hour or part thereof together with any additional costs
incured by Comfy Campers (e.g. compensation to the next Hirer).
The camper van must be returned clean and in the same condition as it was collected. Comfy
Campers make the following charges for additional cleaning:
(a) £50 for the cleaning of stained upholstery.
(b) £50 for a very dirty interior or exterior. Please note that campervans have been sprayed
with a specialist paint finish. They must never be taken through a car wash, or washed using a
presure washer on the paintwork. Should this be ignored, damage to paintwork and the resulting costs
incurred by a specialist bodyshop shall be passed on in full to the Hirer.
(c) £100 if the no smoking clause has been ignored.
(d) £50 for additional cleaning required after animals have been taken (please see Animals section below)
Please consider that the next customer may be collecting the camper van within hours of your return time.
Pets are allowed only if previously agreed by Comfy Campers. We expect Hirers to act responsibily with
their animals and it is their responsibility to ensure their safety and to comply with current laws governing animals in transit
when travelling in athe campervans at all times.
A £50 cleaning charge will be payable if necessary and any repair to damaged or torn upholstery will result in a
deduction from the security deposit for repair. Costs will be advised by Comfy Campers.
Comfy Campers reserves the right to vary these conditions of
hire at any time. Including but not limited to
(a) Withdrawal of Hire, and full refund.
(b) Offer of replacement vehicle in event of business needs.
